- K.B Deadlifts.

- Push Press ( bar ) 45 lbs / 95 lbs

- Muscle-ups.

- Run 400m


NOTE : Round 1 ( 10 reps per ex. ) Round 2 ( 8 reps per ex. )

Round 3 ( 6 reps per ex. ) Round 4 ( 4 res per ex. ) and Round 5 ( 2 reps per ex. )
