Day one of the 45 day challenge people.....
for those playing from home do your best to improvise.
As many rounds in 20 minutes :
- Sled drag ( 50 % of your B.W should be used )
- Clean and press ( 60 / 95 lbs )
- Skip ( 100 rotations )
- med ball slams ( 15 )
REPEAT....... for a 20 minute mark.
Then finish off with some ABS of your choice ( 10 minutes )
