BERMUDA TRIANGLE.....


FOR TIME ........................


- Jog 1 lap, sprint 100 m, then 50 crunches.

- Jog 2 laps, sprint 100 m , then 40 crunches.

- Jog 3 laps, sprint 100 m , then 30 crunches.

- Jog 3 laps, sprint 100 m, then 20 crunches.

- Jog 2 laps, sprint 100 m, then 10 crunches.

- Jog 1 lap, sprint 100 m.
