WORKOUT B


- CHEST PRESS 3 X 3 ( 30 SEC BREAK BETWEEN SET )

- BOX STEP-UPS 5 X 5 ( 30 SEC BREAK BETWEEN SETS )


NOTE : For the box steps, use #10 LBS as a minimum and as heavy as you can hold, D.B or K.B
