- Burpees - 20 rep
- Jack-knifes - 15 rep
- 1 minute break
Do this for 5 rounds.
THEN
- Single arm deadlifts ( 45 / 115 ) - 10 rep
- K2E - 15 rep
- K.B chest press ( 10 / 35 ) - 20 rep
- 1 minute break.
Do this for 5 rounds.
