Tonight's work-out is going to help improve overall strength and will help sculpt .
We will also do some cardio/endurance training.
Chest Press :
- 1 / 10 ( 1 = 1 RM , 10 = 10 easy reps )
- 1 / 20 ( as above )
- 1 / 30 (as above )
There will be a one minute break between sets. No breaks between the 1 to 10 transition and so on.
CARDIO / ENDURANCE :
Run 1 lap, sprint 100 m
Run 2 laps, sprint 100 m
Run 3 laps, sprint 100 m
Run 4 laps, sprint 100 m
Run 4 laps, sprint 100 m
Run 3 laps, sprint 100 m
Run 2 laps, sprint 100 m
Run 1 lap, sprint 100 m
To begin the workout, do a light jog, then start the one lap circuit.
