Sundays workout will be Legs, Legs and a little bit of Legs.
- Single leg Romanian dead lifts ( alternate legs ) 1 min
- Front squats (25 % body weight) 1 min
- Split Lunges (Kettle Bells) 1 min
- Run 100 m
- Sprint 100 m
Continue this circuit for 20 minutes.
