- Sprawl Ball
20 minutes, Followed by..
Pyramid Laps ( 1/1, 100m, 2,100m, 3,100m, 4, 100m, 4, 100m, 3, 100m, 2, 100m, 1/1 100m)
5 laps with the medicine ball in pairs.
Followed by 15 minutes lactic acid drills on the bag....
Followed by a nap in the fetal position.
